Bible study 74 – Exodus 24

Moses writes down everything God said, sacrifices some oxen, and throws their blood on the altar and the surrounding Israelites. Then Moses climbs up the mountain to receive some stone tablets which God has written. (They are traditionally assumed to contain the Ten Commandments, but Moses doesn’t need those, since he already wrote them down himself.) Moses stays there for 40 days.
